The 30-Night Guarantee.
Try NOCTÉ for up to 30 nights from the day your order is delivered. If your skin is not visibly more hydrated and rested, we will refund you in full.
How it works.
Email care@nocteskin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. No return shipment is required, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or lost parcels. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
EU consumers.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
